Sage Sticks
Sage Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, sifted, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. sage and 2 tbsp. mild cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Stir in sage and cheese.
Margarine with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over top; lightly until dough holds together and leaves sides of bowl.
Roll out on lightly floured pastry
5-inch rectangle. Divide into 3 x 1/2-inch strips. Twist and place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at
425Β° for 5 to 6 minutes or until light golden brown.
Great snacks.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
