S'More Cookies
Crisp shortbread cookies sandwiching melted milk chocolate and miniature marshmallows for a baked s'more in cookie form. Toasty, gooey, and reliably crowd-pleasing.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add combined flour and crumbs; mix well.
Press onto bottom of greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Spread chocolate over crust.
Top with marshmallows.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Cool; cut into bars.
