S'More Cereal Squares
S'More Cereal Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 4 hershey's milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 3 1/2 c. honey graham cereal and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Butter an 8-inch square pan.
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook corn syrup to boiling or place in large microwave-safe bowl and microwave at High for 1 minute or to boiling.
Remove from heat or microwave oven; add chocolate and vanilla.
Stir until chocolate is melted.
Gradually fold in cereal until coated with chocolate.
Fold in marshmallows.
Press mixture into prepared pan; refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Cut into bars.
Refrigerate leftover bars to retain crispness.
Makes about 24 bars.
