Ryan'S Bread
Ryan'S Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. bread flour, 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat butter and water until warm (120°).
Mix into all the other ingredients; blend well.
Add 1 cup whole wheat flour; mix well again.
Knead well.
Place in a greased bowl.
Let rise. After about 2 hours of rising, punch it down and knead again. Place in a greased bread pan.
Let rise again.
Cook for 40 minutes in a 375° oven.
Cool on a rack.
