Ruth's Breakfast Casserole
Ruth'S Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box stove top stuffing for pork, 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 lb. medium sausage, browned and drained, 1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread stuffing in bottom of pan and sprinkle season packet on top.
Next layer cheese over stuffing. Then put your sausage on top of cheese.
Mix next five ingredients and pour on top of sausage.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
If gets too brown before baking time is up, put Reynolds Wrap on top loosely.
