Ruth Ann's Fillets
Ruth Ann'S Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and fillet of fish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Salt and pepper fillet lightly and place in glass dish, skin down.
Mix butter, parsley, lemon juice and cracker crumbs. Spread mixture on fish.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon paprika on top. Sprinkle with Old Bay (optional).
Cook on High 5 minutes, covered with Saran.
Rotate 1/2 turn, cook 6 minutes until fillets flake easily.
Let set a few minutes before eating.
