Russian Tea Cakes
Russian Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter of margarine, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Chill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 12 minutes; do not brown.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Cool and roll in sugar again.
Makes 4 dozen.
