Russian Tea
Russian Tea is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. tea, made to taste, 1 1/2 c. sugar (added), juice of 6 lemons, 2 small cans pineapple juice and 1 (46 oz.) can h.c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put cinnamon sticks and cloves into 1 1/2 cups water.
Let boil for several minutes.
Turn off heat.
Cover.
Let steep for 15 minutes or longer.
Strain and add all ingredients together. Then let boil for 3 minutes.
Ready to serve.
This makes 1 1/2 gallons.
Serves about 20 people.
