Russian Sauce
Russian Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, juice and pulp of 2 oranges and grated rind of 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix in a double boiler and cook until mixture thickens.
Add 2 tablespoons coconut while still hot.
Let cool and add 1/2 pint whipped cream.
