Russian Salad
Russian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. lime jello, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 small pkg. bite size marshmallows and 1/3 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cream cheese and marshmallows; simmer until dissolved and add mayonnaise, evaporated milk, pineapple and nuts.
Pour in a shallow pan and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
