Russian Rocks
Russian Rocks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. chopped raisins, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. margarine or butter and 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the flour over fruit and nuts.
Cream butter and sugar.
Beat eggs well and add to creamed mixture.
Stir in remaining flour, cinnamon, salt and dissolved baking soda.
Lastly, fold in raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
