Russian Meadavuka
Russian Meadavuka is an easy dinner. Made with 1 kg. honey, 1 1/2 liters cranberry juice, 3 gr. spices and 100 gr. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Add 1/2 liter of water to the honey, bring to a boil and skim. Pour into a flask or barrel, add the cranberry juice, cinnamon, cloves and yeast and set aside to ferment for two days.
Cover the flask or barrel and set aside in a cool place for about three weeks.
After this pour into bottles and seal.
