Russian Cranberry Chicken
Russian Cranberry Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 (8 oz.) bottle red russian salad dressing, 1 (15 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce, 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves and 3 c. hot cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a bowl, combine soup mix, salad dressing and cranberry sauce.
Place chicken in shallow 2 or 3-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
Serve over rice.
