Russian Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion soup mix, 8 oz. jar apricot preserves, 8 oz. bottle red russian salad dressing and 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skin removed, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Skin chicken if necessary. Place bone side up in baking dish. Mix ingredients.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour. Turn chicken over.
Baste with pan drippings.
Bake 1/2 hour longer.
