Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. large curd cream-style cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. diced candied pineapple and 1/4 c. toasted almonds (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, butter, cherries, cottage cheese, raisins and pineapple; beat until smooth.
With a moistened piece of cheesecloth, line a clean flowerpot whole.
Put in mix; put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer.
Unmold; garnish with candied cherries.
