Rummer's Hip Patters
Rummer'S Hip Patters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed borden milk, 1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt first three ingredients over hot water.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together by hand.
Press 2/3 of batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Pour chocolate mixture over batter mixture and then spoon the rest of the batter over the chocolate mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut while warm.
