Rum Sauced Bananas
Rum Sauced Bananas is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. apple juice, 4 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. margarine, 3 large bananas, peeled and sliced (at least 2 c.) and 1 tbsp. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add brown sugar and margarine to the apple juice and simmer over medium heat.
Add bananas and cook until bananas become very soft.
Add rum and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Serve over ice cream or cake.
Serves 3. Recipe doubles easily.
