Rum Pecans
Rum Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pecan halves, 2 tbsp. dark rum, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. instant coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all ingredients in small pan.
Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly for 15 minutes or until sugar is melted and nuts are well covered.
Pour out on oiled waxed paper.
Separate halves as they cool.
