Rum Coffee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. percolated coffee, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 c. whipping cream, whipped, 3 tbsp. honey and 1/2 c. rum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour hot coffee over ice cream; add honey to whipped cream. Fold into coffee-ice cream mixture.
