Rum Cake
Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding, 4 eggs, 1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of tube pan, greased and floured.
Combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in large mixing bowl.
Blend and mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Pour over pecans.
Bake for about 1 hour at 325Β° or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
Glaze with Rum Glaze while cake is still warm.
