Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan.

Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan.

Mix cake mix and pudding.

Add remaining ingredients; beat for 2 minutes.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes, until tested done.

Carefully loosen edges with a dull knife.

Leave in pan.

Prick cake with a fork to absorb glaze.

Pour glaze over hot cake.

Let stand 20 minutes.

Invert onto a serving plate.
