Rum Cake
Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. finely chopped pecans, 1 box duncan hines butter recipe cake mix, 1 (1 3/4 oz.) box vanilla pudding, 1/2 c. rum and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan.
Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix and pudding.
Add remaining ingredients; beat for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes, until tested done.
Carefully loosen edges with a dull knife.
Leave in pan.
Prick cake with a fork to absorb glaze.
Pour glaze over hot cake.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Invert onto a serving plate.
