Rum Cake
Rum Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes, stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove cake from pan to plate. Prick with cake tester or fork, and drizzle glaze over top and sides.
Allow cake to absorb glaze.
Repeat until all glaze is used.
