Rum Balls
Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. chocolate chips (1 c.), 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. light corn syrup, sugar, for rolling the balls and 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a saucepan melt chocolate chips over low heat.
Stir in sugar, rum and corn syrup.
Fold in vanilla wafers and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls (2 tsp. mix for each).
Roll in sugar. Store in airtight container for several days.
