Royal Crown Mousse
Royal Crown Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 pkg. ladyfingers, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Split ladyfingers lengthwise and arrange cut sides down on oven rack.
Bake at 375Β° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool and brush cut sides with sherry or orange juice.
Line the sides of an 8 or 9-inch pan with ladyfingers.
Snip off ends of ladyfingers with shears to make level with sides of pan, if necessary.
