Round Steak Stew
Round Steak Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak (uncooked), 1 qt. tomatoes, 2 cans tomato soup (uncooked), 1 large onion, chopped and 4 to 5 potatoes (uncooked), diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut steak into bite size pieces and place in large pot.
Add tomatoes and juice, soup, potatoes, onion and green beans.
Stir together well and bring to boil.
Add salt; reduce heat to low. Cook for 3 to 3 1/2 hours (until meat and potatoes are tender and gravy is thick).
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
