Round Steak Rolls
Round Steak Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1 large onion, 1 large green pepper, salt and pepper to taste and 4 to 5 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Thin slice steak.
Roll each slice around slices of onion or green pepper.
Secure with toothpicks.
Brown rolls in oil.
In another pot, dissolve bouillon cubes in 3-inches of water.
Add salt, pepper, meat and meat drippings.
Simmer 1 hour.
