Rotini
Rotini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, salt and pepper to taste, 32 oz. prego with mushrooms and 1 pt. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown and drain ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Add Prego, tomato juice, oregano and sweet basil; simmer 20 minutes. Cook macaroni until tender and drain.
Grate cheese.
Layer in 2-quart casserole dish the meat sauce, macaroni, cheese, macaroni and meat sauce.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Add remaining cheese on top and bake until melted.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
