Rotel Potatoes

Made with 1 (10 oz.) can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 soup can water and 1 tbsp. flakes or fresh onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish.
Place margarine slice on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
