Rotel Chicken
Rotel Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole fryer or 6 to 7 leg quarters, 10 oz. spaghetti, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can ro-tel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil chicken until tender.
Remove from broth and set aside to cool.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
When tender, partially drain, leaving enough broth to be slightly soupy.
Add cheese, soup and Ro-Tel.
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
Remove skin and bones from chicken. Break into bite size pieces.
Stir into spaghetti.
Add black pepper to taste.
