Rosti Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, 8 oz. swiss cheese, 1 tsp. salt and pinch of white pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil potatoes until tender and drain immediately.
Cool and peel.
Shred into bowl.
Shred Swiss cheese into same bowl.
Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Fry in a hot buttered cast iron skillet or non-stick pan.
Brown on one side and turn.
Serve immediately.
