Rosie's Spinach Scoop
Rosie'S Spinach Scoop is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1 box knorr swiss vegetable soup mix and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Cut lid out of a loaf of round egg, Sheepherder or pumpernickel bread.
Scoop out insides in bite-size pieces.
When hollow, fill with chilled mix.
Dip to eat with pieces of the bread basket.
