Rosie's Pesto
Rosie'S Pesto is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, 2 to 5 cloves garlic to taste, 1/4 c. pine nuts, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, freshly grated and 1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put the basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor.
Drizzle in the lemon juice while processing; continue to purΓ©e until a smooth paste.
Makes 3/4 cup Pesto.
Use only a small amount to coat pasta.
