Rosemary's Potato Casserole
Rosemary'S Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, 1 large chopped onion, 1 stick margarine, 2 c. grated sharp cheese and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Partially thaw potatoes.
Saute onion in melted butter or margarine.
Add thawed potatoes, cheese, soup and sour cream. Mix well and put in large casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Cook in a 350Β° oven for at least 45 minutes.
Crush a few potato chips and sprinkle on top.
Cook about 20 minutes more until browned and potatoes are done.
