Rosemary Chicken
Rosemary Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless chicken breasts, 5 fresh rosemary sprigs, chopped, 2 tbsp. chopped garlic, 4 medium potatoes, quartered and 4 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch lengths, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Spray chicken with cooking spray.
Coat chicken with rosemary on both sides.
Place in a large baking dish.
Toss the potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and olive oil in a bowl.

Cover with foil and bake for one hour or so.
Check to be sure the chicken does not dry out.
