Rosemary Chicken
Rosemary Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 4 large boneless chicken breast halves, 1 tsp. lemon pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place chicken, skin side down in skillet with hot oil and sprinkle with seasonings.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove to platter and keep warm.
Discard oil in skillet and add lemon juice and 1/4 cup water to skillet.
Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits from bottom of skillet.
Pour drippings over chicken.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and lemon slices.
