Rose'S Brunch For A Bunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed, 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped and 12 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Drain. Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage, cheese and green pepper over top.
