Rosamarina Fruit Salad
Rosamarina Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and juice from 2 cans mandarin oranges (small) and juice from 2 cans (vegetable size) chunk pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium saucepan add sugar, eggs, flour, salt, mandarin orange juice and pineapple juice and cook egg mixture until a custard consistency; cool about 20 minutes.
Cook macaroni as directed on box.
Drain well.
(This is a pasta that is shaped similar to rice.)
Mix macaroni with custard mixture.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
