Rosalee's Rolls
Rosalee'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. sugar, 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour, 1/4 shortening and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve yeast in water in a mixing bowl; add sugar and about 1/2 of the flour.
Beat thoroughly for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and shortening; beat in gradually the remaining flour until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth; place in refrigerator.
Punch down occasionally and about 2 hours before baking, cut off amount needed.
Return remaining dough to refrigerator.
Shape into rolls and brush tops with butter.
Let rise until light.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
