Roquefort Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. olive oil, 1 c. vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp. paprika and dash of worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place oil and vinegar in a quart jar.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate indefinitely (flavor improves with time).
