Rooster Stew
Rooster Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and deboned, 2 cans tomato soup, 2 medium cans tomato juice, 1 small bottle catsup and 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a roaster, saute onions, bacon and sausage.
Do not drain. Add chicken, soup, 1 can of tomato juice, catsup and 1 can of water.
Cook on low heat for about 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste as it cooks.
