Romano Green Bean Pasta Bake
Romano Green Bean Pasta Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. mostaccioli or elbow macaroni, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1/2 tsp. basil and 1 tbsp. oil (olive), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook pasta; drain.
In skillet, cook onion, mushrooms and basil in oil until onion is tender.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat.
Stir in pasta, green beans and 1/2 cup cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour into baking dish (8 x 12-inch) and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until heated through.
