Roman Summer Sauce
Roman Summer Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, salt and pepper to taste and 1 good sized cut of basil, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute garlic and onion in oil.
Add remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and pasta, and simmer.
Add tomatoes and heat through.
Cook pasta and drain.
Add sauce and heat for a minute or two.
Serve with grated cheese and crushed pepper.
