Roly-Poly Lasagna
Roly-Poly Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 large egg and 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chipped spinach, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Prepare noodles as directed on package. In a bowl, combine cheeses, egg, spinach and salt; mix well. Place one lasagna noodle on work surface and spread 1/2 cup of the mixture over the noodle.
Roll up.
Continue with remaining noodles. Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce over bottom of baking dish. Place in noodles, seam side down.
Pour remaining sauce over center of each noodle.
Cover with foil, bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve.
