Rolls
Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. hot water, 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix yeast and hot water.
Scald milk.
Add sugar, shortening and salt to milk.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add flour and beat well.
Add egg and yeast water.
Add 1 1/2 cups more flour.
Mix well.
Put in greased bowl.
Turn dough to grease the top.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double.
Place on floured board and knead.
Pinch off rolls and let rise again.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
