Rolled Enchiladas
Rolled Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water and 1 can refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
Add onions, seasoning mix, water and refried beans; mix well.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon onto tortillas; roll to enclose filling.
Place seam side down in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Mix taco sauce and tomato sauce in bowl.
Spoon over tortillas.
Sprinkle with 2 cups cheese.
Bake until cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
