Rolled Chicken Breasts
Rolled Chicken Breasts is an easy dinner. Made with boned chicken breasts (2 per person), 1 jar dried beef (2 pieces per chicken breast), bacon, 1/2 piece per chicken breast, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Roll each chicken breast.
Place 2 pieces of dried beef around each rolled chicken breast.
Wrap 1/2 piece uncooked bacon around each rolled chicken breast.
Place chicken rolls in baking dish. Mix mushroom soup with sour cream and pour over chicken rolls.
No salt or seasoning needed.
Bake, uncovered, for 3 hours at 250Β°.
