Rocky Road Squares
Rocky Road Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. dry roasted peanuts and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In top of double boiler, over boiling water, melt morsels with sweetened condensed milk and butter.
Remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows; fold in chocolate mixture. Spread on wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch pan.
Chill 2 hours until firm.
Remove from pan; peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature.
