Rocky Road Refrigerator Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix, 1 3/4 c. milk, 1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare mix as directed on box for pie filling using 1 3/4 cups of milk.
Stir in half of whipped topping, marshmallows and nuts.
Place a single layer of graham crackers in bottom of 8-inch square baking pan.
Top with half of pudding mixture.
Repeat layers.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate overnight.
