Rocky Road Pie
Rocky Road Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cold half and half or light cream, 1 pkg. chocolate fudge flavor instant jell-o, 3 1/2 c. (8 oz. carton) cool whip, thawed, 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/3 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour half and half into large bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream (Cool Whip), chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts.
Spoon into pie crust.
Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Store any leftover pie in freezer.
